Our Remote Hands (Smart Hands) service in datacenters of Georgia will allow you to perform any custom job in any of datacenters located in Georgia.
As a residents of the Georgia, we can offer a quick reaction time - the typical reaction time between you contact us and we answer you is about 30-35 minutes. In most cases, we will outperform the reaction time of your datacenter support. Our engineers can perform any kind of troubleshooting, not only power on/power off or reboot. We can troubleshoot your network equipment like Cisco Router / Switch or your Juniper stuff, as well as any brand of servers. We can help you if your equipment does not boot or does not remotely respond.
We can also provide out-of-band access to your equipment using Team Viewer or VNC. Of course, we can perform any kind of other work you need - ie parts replacement or upgrades.
The prices indicated below are PER HOUR prices during usual business hours (9AM - 5PM CEST). For the requests outside of business hours, the coefficient of 2x will be applied. For the various datacenters travel fees will be applied. The minimum call is 1 hour , and the billing increments are 30 minutes.
